Navdeep Kaur is an experienced Office Administrator with over three years of experience in healthcare administration and customer service across multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinics and hospital settings, including specialized oncology and labour and delivery services. She holds a two-year diploma in Office Administration – Health Services from Georgian College and has extensive experience in patient registration and intake, appointment scheduling, medical documentation, insurance verification and billing, MVA and WSIB claims, accounts receivable, and day-to-day clinic operations.

Navdeep is known for her strong organizational and communication skills and her ability to create a welcoming and professional experience for patients while coordinating effectively with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams. She is multilingual in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, with developing proficiency in French.

Outside the clinic, Navdeep enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and exploring different cuisines, travelling, and discovering new places and cultures. She also enjoys learning French, meeting new people, and taking on new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
