Our Team

Fatemeh Adelzadeh brings a strong healthcare background and a passion for patient-centered care to her role as Medical Office Administrator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology from Trent University and has advanced training in PNF Stretch Therapy and Manual Muscle Techniques. Fatemeh is also currently pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).

Her experience in orthopedic, neurological, pulmonary, and urgent care settings has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare system and the diverse needs of patients. This knowledge allows her to effectively support individuals throughout their care journey, helping them navigate services, access appropriate treatments, and connect with the resources they need to achieve their health goals.

Fluent in both English and Farsi, Fatemeh is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient. She is passionate about helping individuals feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care while contributing to a positive and efficient clinic environment. Her background in rehabilitation, movement, and patient education allows her to better understand patient concerns and assist them in finding the most appropriate care for their needs.

Outside of the clinic, Fatemeh enjoys staying active through volleyball, tennis, and pickleball. She is also an avid traveler, gardener, tango dancer, motorcycle enthusiast, and outdoor adventurer who enjoys exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and spending time in nature.
