Common Causes of Shoulder Injury

Shoulder injury is a common complaint among athletes, physically active people, or workers who require high performance tasks. A shoulder injury can occur when an individual performs repetitive movements, overhead motions, and excessive lifting. Most problems in the shoulder involve the muscles, ligaments, and tendons, rather than the bones.
